Who is responsible

Alchemyst is the coaching practice of Aleksandar Bogdanovski, based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Aleksandar is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach him at aleksandar.alchemy@yahoo.com or +389 71 303 374.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the application form:

• Contact details: name, email address and, if you add it, phone number.
• Background for the service you choose: goals, training history, schedule, nutrition and lifestyle answers, or the topic of a consultation.
• Health information you choose to share, such as age, height, weight, injuries, conditions or medication.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not buy or receive data about you from anyone else.

Why we use it

To read your application, reply to you, decide together whether a service is right for you and, if you go ahead, to prepare and adjust your plan or session.

Health information is processed only with your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox before sending the form. Everything else is processed to take the steps you asked for before an agreement, and afterwards to deliver the service.

We never use your data for advertising, never sell it and never share it with other businesses for their own purposes.

How it travels and who processes it

The form is sent over an encrypted connection to the website server, which checks it and forwards it as an email to Aleksandar's inbox. The website itself does not keep a database of applications. A confirmation email with your reference number is sent to the address you entered.

To do this we rely on a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions:

• Resend, which delivers the application and confirmation emails. Resend is based in the United States and uses safeguards recognised under European data protection law for transfers outside Europe.
• The hosting and network provider that serves this website and protects it from abuse. It processes technical data such as your IP address for that purpose.
• The email provider of Aleksandar's inbox, where applications are kept.
• Google, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

Cookies and storage on your device

We do not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from and whether an application was sent. It never receives your application answers, name or email.

Google Analytics runs only after you press "Accept" in the cookie notice. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to 2 years, and Google Ireland Limited processes the data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, and analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

If you press "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the cookies. We ask again after 12 months.

While you fill in the application, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later. They never leave your device until you press send, they are cleared once the application is sent, and you can remove them at any time with "Discard".

Your cookie choice is also remembered in local storage, so the notice does not appear on every visit.

How long we keep it

If an application does not lead to working together, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, we keep your information for as long as the cooperation lasts and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep records such as invoices for longer.

Progress photos are never collected through this website; they are only shared privately after the first conversation, if you agree.

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia and the EU GDPR, you can:

• ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before.

Write to aleksandar.alchemy@yahoo.com and we will reply within one month. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (www.azlp.mk) or to the authority in your country.

Security

The website only works over HTTPS, the form is checked on the server, and access to applications is limited to Aleksandar. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send more health detail than you are comfortable sharing; it can always be discussed in person.

Minors

Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please apply together with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to current clients directly.
