Terms of service

About these terms

These terms apply to the coaching programs, private consultations and Reiki sessions offered by Aleksandar Bogdanovski under the name Alchemyst, and to the use of this website. By applying or booking you accept them.

Applying is free and not binding

Sending an application does not create an agreement and costs nothing. Aleksandar reads every application personally and replies by email. An agreement starts only when you both confirm the service, its start date and how payment works.

Aleksandar may decline an application, for example when a service is not a good fit for your goals or health situation, or when there are no places available.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include everything listed for each service. The way and timing of payment are confirmed in writing before you start. Coaching programs are paid in advance for each month; consultations and Reiki sessions are paid before or at the session.

Duration and cancellation

• Online fitness runs month to month. You can stop at the end of any paid month by letting us know before the next month starts.
• Premium holistic has an 8-week minimum and ULTRA 1:1 a 12-week minimum. After the minimum they continue month to month.
• The continuity package covers 4 Reiki sessions and does not renew automatically.
• Consultations and Reiki sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Your health and safety

Coaching and nutrition guidance are not medical advice. Before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or take medication, check with your doctor.

Please share relevant health information honestly and tell Aleksandar straight away if anything changes. Train within your limits and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Reiki is a complementary practice. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace diagnosis or care from a doctor.

Results

Results depend on your starting point, health and consistency, so no specific outcome or timeline can be guaranteed. The transformations shown on this website are real clients and are not a promise of the same result.

Plans and materials

Training plans, nutrition structures, videos and other materials are prepared for you personally. You may use them for yourself but not share, resell or publish them.

Liability

Aleksandar provides every service with care and professional skill. To the extent the law allows, he is not responsible for injuries or losses that result from not following guidance, from information that was withheld, or from training without the supervision agreed. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

How your information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. If something goes wrong, please contact aleksandar.alchemy@yahoo.com or +389 71 303 374 first; most issues are resolved by talking. Disputes that cannot be resolved go to the competent court in Skopje, without affecting your right as a consumer to go to the courts where you live.
